With over 20 years of soccer experience in the high school, collegiate, and professional levels, we bring to you a complete soccer camp/academy for boys and girls ages 18 years and younger. Whether you want to introduce your athlete to his/her first sport or take your travel players skill set to the next level, we're here to help you succeed.
With an innovative curriculum each camp/academy focuses on developing technical and tactical skills along with speed, endurance, agility and confidence in players of all ages and abilities. With low athlete to coach ratios, each individual is assured the best instruction in Hampton Roads.

5:00 - 5:30 Separate into age groups. Technical Warm-Up
5:30- 6:00 Variety of Passing and Receiving Drills
6:00 - 6:50 Tactical Instruction - with a variety of small sided games and activities.
6:50 - 7:50 Structured Game Play
7:50 - 8:00 Cool Down & Closing Statements
